Alena Veretelnik has been practicing yoga for over 6 years, has developed her unique approach to health based on yoga and multiple practices, including meditation, psychosomatics, visceral therapy, massage practices, work with habits and thinking. Experiencing a turning point in her life, Alena became convinced of the effectiveness of this approach: she healed her body from chronic diseases, cured her back, found inner harmony and tranquility.

Being an office employee in the past and having multiple back problems, for Alena the most valuable thing was to get rid of back pain in a short period and straighten her posture. Soon she gathered all knowledge and experience in one course “healthy back”, which included complex work at different levels.

Dionis Mikhailichenko is an instructor with a special approach to yoga. He started with hatha and meditations, and went on to search for a universal system to relax and strengthen the body. His goal was a bit unconventional – he wanted to achieve greatness in playing drums, which was a key element in his life. Working with top masters in Ukraine, he was gathering information and experience, which he later used to create his own “drum yoga” style. It’s simply incredible, how different yoga and yoga people can be! Even this extraordinary person coming from the arts environment, found his personal way and a way to fulfill his potential in yoga.

In his years of instruction, Dionis has had lots of students, some of whom already became instructors themselves.

Svetlana Maslennikova is an experienced trainer, instructor, who combines femininity and elegance with discipline and a demanding approach. Her first acquaintance with yoga was back in her childhood. Practicing whimsical poses, she didn’t realize, she was doing asanas. In 2001 Svetlana got seriously involved with yoga at Andrey Lappa’ studio, where she later got her instuctor’s certification. She has been practicing yoga ever since, developing her skills and learning from best Ukrainian and foreign masters, such as Gustavo Ponce, Kino MacGregor.

Awareness of her mission came almost at once – to bring yoga to people, so Svetlana started teaching. This was five years ago. Since then, she has worked at best clubs in Kyiv – Grand Prix, GYMMAXX, former Kodokan, as well as a guest trainer at Tsarsky club. As she realized that none of these places had a specific emphasis on yoga, she made a decision to start her own yoga studio – a perfect place to practice, where both comfort and instructors’ skills are at the top level. With her unique ability to bring harmony to different environments, Svetlana took great care in creating a perfect spot for classes. In Svetlana’s mind, this studio has one more important mission: to turn dreams into reality.

“My practice always got more intense during the complicated periods of my life. Yoga became my lifeline. Through exhausting physical work, we purify our soul and mind. If your trainings are competently structured and you have established a dialogue with your body, you are definitely developing your body and training your spirit.”
